Confirm the product code
A name alone may not identify the model. Dimensions, socket count, conductor cross-section or mounting type can differ within a family. Include the selected product code in your request.
Check the product family
For trunking, compare section and length; for boxes, dimensions, module capacity and mounting; for terminals and lugs, conductor section and connection dimensions. For reels, check whether cable is supplied.
Complete the request
Add products and quantities to the quote cart. State the application and any documents you need in the message. Clarify missing or unlisted specifications with technical support rather than assuming them.
